Privacy policy

What we collect

• Information you submit in the request-materials form (name, email, organization, role, investor type, materials requested, message).
• Basic analytics about page views and interactions.
• Attribution parameters (UTM) and referrer, to understand where interest comes from.

Why we collect it

To respond to your request, share appropriate materials, and understand interest in the round. We do not sell your data.

Analytics

We use privacy-conscious analytics and do not send sensitive personal data, full message contents, or data-room document names into analytics. We do not use visitor fingerprinting.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored securely and routed to our internal CRM and notification tooling so we can follow up. Access to the data room is granted individually and logged.

Retention & deletion

We keep request data for as long as needed to manage the fundraising process. To request deletion of your data, contact the investor email in the footer.
